The hotel is built well, and the spa is a nice addition, however the staff does not make you feel welcome. They have an impatient youth hostel vibe which is supported by the buffet dinner. The taste of the food was ok, but what really brothered my is that it was cold. We paid for an upgraded room, which on arrival had two sperate beds, while we specifically requested a double bed, the room we got as a replacement was bigger but very cold. Since there is only heating through the air conditioning system the floor remained cold. The room was not cleaned during our stay. After we left, we realized that we had left the ring I handmade for my girlfriend in the room. We tried to call and send emails but no response.
