For our disabled guests arriving in self-driven and electric wheelchairs, we have a barrier-free room including a bathroom with shower, bathroom grab rail and a seat.

The hotel reception can provide a suitable adapter/plug for international use free of charge upon request. Please let the reception know your request.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. They are controlled by a thermostat, which can be found on the wall. To operate the air conditioning unit, please insert your room key card in the key card slot by the front door. The unit will not operate if the door or window is open.

Baby cots and baby bedding for children up to 2 years old are available upon request, subject to availability.

Our hotel provides free bathrobes for adults and children in all hotel rooms.

Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Please contact reception if you require extra blankets, duvets and pillows. In our hotel we use only anti-allergenic bed linen.

If you would like to rent a bike, please contact the reception for more information.

A laptop and printer are available in the business corner on the first floor of our hotel. You can get more information about these services at our reception.

Ask our reception for an adapter to charge your electronic devices – phone, laptop, tablet.

The room is available until 11:00 on the day of departure. Extensions are possible for a fee, and subject to availability. Please contact reception for details.

The room is cleaned daily. If you do not require daily cleaning, please press “No cleaning required” sign on the wall panel next to the door, which will then be displayed on the corridor panel for our colleagues to see.

For early departures, a cold pack can be requested instead of the regular breakfast. Please contact our reception no later than 4:00 pm. the day before departure.

Our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit cards.

If you need a dentist, please contact reception for assistance.

If you require an extra blanket or duvet, please let our reception staff know.

For our guests arriving with an electric car or bicycle, we offer an electric car and bicycle charger for 2 cars in the parking lot of our hotel, which can be used for a fee. To charge your electric car, you will need to install the Parkl app on your phone.

It is a basic accessory that can be found in every room.

To turn on the power in your room, please insert your room card in the card slot by the front door. The mains voltage in our hotel is 220-230 V / 50 Hz.

Our event venue provides a relaxing environment for education, training and other events. Our 170 sqm plenary conference room is located on the first floor, and there are three more section rooms on the ground floor. All of them are air-conditioned and furnished with modern technical and presentation equipment.
Coffee breaks and meals are available on request. We are at your disposal for any further information and assistance regarding our facilities.

For guests over 2 years of age, a sofa bed is available in Superior or Deluxe rooms, which can also accommodate an additional third adult person for an extra charge.

A hairdryer is included in the bathroom amenities.

The temperature is controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The temperature can be adjusted by plus/minus 2-3 degrees from the preset value.

In all our rooms, guests receive the following in-room amenities, which are included in the room rate: kettle, coffee and tea bags.

Programme leaflets, maps, timetables, up-to-date restaurant offers and a guest questionnaire are available at reception.

Free WiFi access is available in the rooms and common areas.

The Lobby and Maxibar, located behind reception, is available for our guests 24 hours and offers a selection of tea and coffee, as well as soft drinks and spirits. The Cardoner Villa Superior rooms and all Deluxe Corner rooms have a minibar for your convenience.

We welcome our guests’ pets in any of our room types. Large pets (over 10 kg) can be accommodated in our Superior or Deluxe rooms. Pet surcharge: 6.000.- HUF / pet / night.

You can call the reception directly by pressing 0. You can make national and international calls directly from the room for a fee. Calls from the room to another room are free of charge. Please dial the room number you require. To make an outgoing call from the hotel, please press 9 and dial the number you wish to call. Please ask the reception for information on call charges.

With a prior request with the reception special flat memory foam, neck support and Rondo cylinder pillows are available.

A first aid kit is kept at the reception. For information on the nearest post office, pharmacy or medical emergency, please contact the reception.

You will find a list of our food and drinks available to order and delivered to your room. We will charge you for this service at the rate set out on our menu. To order, please call 0. Room service is available from 07.00-23.00.

All rooms have a safe with instructions in the room closet. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the room.

A shoeshine kit is available in the room next to the safe. An automatic shoe shine machine is located in the hotel lobby, near the entrance.

During the winter season, we provide sledges for rent on request. Please contact our reception staff for more information.

In implementation of Act XLII of 1999 on the protection of non-smokers, the hotel is a non-smoking facility. This means that smoking is prohibited in the enclosed areas (including guest rooms) and public areas of the hotel. The hotel has placed notices about the obligation to comply with this regulation in the areas required by law. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas outside the hotel.

Our hotel accepts OTP and K&H SZÉP Cards.

Please let our reception know your requirements and our staff will be happy to call you a taxi or arrange a transfer service with a contracted partner.

For the comfort of our guests, shower gel, liquid soap and bath soap are provided in the bathroom, while slippers are provided in the room closet. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products) are available at the reception for a fee.

They can be found in the bathroom and are changed every 3 days. If you would like to change your towels sooner, please place them on the floor. The environment is important to our staff and to our hotel as well; we want to avoid unnecessary pollution of the environment with detergents and unnecessary waste of water resources. Please take this into consideration when requesting fresh towels.

The list of available Hungarian and foreign language channels can be found on the TV in the room.

Wake-up calls are available free of charge. Please let us know at the reception.

Free broadband wireless internet access is available in the rooms and common areas. The reception staff will assist you with a password for the WIFI network.
